During the annual meeting in Washington DC, a new WGs organization was made: three new WGs was created and some chairmen were changed.
Now the TC have these WGs:

WG 4 New technologies and special environmental aspects on asphalt pavements (solar and thermal energies, noise reduction, ….)

WG 5 Shingle recycling
Chair: Gerry Huber
WG 6 By-products and secondary materials: recycling in asphalt pavement
